How to Prepare: Come to a seat, ready to be swept into peace // This is a mindfulness-based & breath-centered practice open to all. In our online sessions, we meditate with our videos off so that we are more inclusive of folks and so that we focus on ourselves. I guide everyone through 30 minutes of breath, stillness, and reflection. This strives to be an inclusive space.
