7-Day Program - Breathwork for Navigating Change

Welcome to "Breathwork for Navigating Change", a playlist we designed to help you regulate your emotions during periods of change. We understand that change can be challenging, but with the right tools, you can navigate it with greater ease and resilience.

In this playlist, you will learn a range of techniques that have been shown to be effective in reducing stress and improving emotional regulation. Our videos cover a variety of breathwork techniques, including Diaphragmatic Breath (also known as Belly Breathing), Preparatory Pranayama, step breathing, and mindful breathing.

In addition to breathwork, we offer a range of other tools to help you manage your emotions during periods of change, including gratitude, humming, guided visualization, and progressive muscle relaxation. By using these techniques, you can develop a strong sense of resilience that will help you navigate life's challenges with confidence and ease.
