Immerse yourself in the tranquil experience of 'Affirmations and Chill', led by our instructor Jaz D. Created with an aim to instill calm and peace, Jaz guides participants through a journey of mindful meditation, accompanied by the soothing practice of havening and breath awareness. The class is meticulously designed to provide relief from stress, helping participants connect with their breath, relax their bodies, and quieten their minds.
A key component of the class is the inclusion of positive affirmations. Participants are encouraged to internalize or vocalize these affirmations, thus reinforcing the power of positivity and self-affirmation. These affirmations are specifically curated to bring about a shift in perspective, reframe mindset, and elevate the overall wellness experience.
Another unique feature of this session is the utilization of self-soothing touch, demonstrated via havening techniques. These techniques are intended to pacify the nervous system, fostering a profound sense of relaxation. Towards the end of the session, Jaz leads participants into journaling their own affirmations. She shares invaluable tips on crafting believable affirmations and transforming detrimental thought patterns into positive ones.
